Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force which is believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body.
Chiropractors treat chronic and acute conditions, which include back, shoulder and neck problems and joint, posture and muscle issues, as well as sports injuries. Their aim is to relieve pain, increase mobility and to get patients back to full health and movement.
Massage therapy is manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) to enhance a person’s health and well-being. There are dozens of types of massage therapy methods. People seek massage therapy for a variety of reasons – to reduce stress and anxiety, relax muscles, rehabilitate injuries, reduce pain, and promote overall health and wellness
EXERCISE THERAPY - uses specific stylized movements to improve the way the body functions. It focuses on moving the body and its different parts to relieve symptoms and improve mobility – and of course levels of fitness. “I decided to do the “90 day fitness challenge” to better my health. I’ve been a member at West Coast Sports & Fitness Center for over a year now and I couldn’t be happier. Because I took the body composition test and I didn’t like the results, I knew I had to do something different. I knew that the “90 day challenge” would give me the opportunity to see the results I was striving for. I was able to keep focus on the END GOAL even throughout the holidays. With the help of Steve Sanchez and Ron Carter, they kept me motivated throughout the entire challenge. They were extremely instrumental with me being able to stay on track and always pushed me towards that end result. Their honesty and motivation is what makes a great balance to keep you wanting to go back for more. Meet Keyma Ray
past 90 day challenge winner
Last week we weighed in all our 90 day challenge contestants. The winner was Keyma Ray who lost 26.6 pounds which was a total of 7.7% lost during the 90 Days. The challenge was based off who lost the most % of body fat. She smashed it with the help of trainer Philemon Hardy Moore. Keyma won a prize amount of $425!!! Great job Keyma! Keep up the hard work!

Nydia says: “I started working out January, 2013 by training in Luna’s Zumba class and soon after, began Philemon’s bootcamp. I train everyday with both Phil and Luna. I do this every day and every other Saturday on my days off. My biggest motivation is to be able to wear whatever I feel like, without a care in the world.”
